My Ability Gymnastics

That means our coaches adapt every activity around your physical, sensory and learning requirements. Mainstream gymnastics sessions can be adapted to include people with a physical or learning disability, sensory impairments or health conditions. But if you'd prefer to start with dedicated classes, this one is for you. As you're starting out, you'll learn the fundamentals of gymnastics and how to build your strength, control and flexibility. As you begin to develop your physique and technique, there really is no limit to how far you can go. Ready to become a gymnast? Our club provides a safe, friendly environment with professional coaches to help you learn.

We offer our My-Ability classes to children and adults with Special Educational, Sensory and Disability needs. Depending on the gymnast’s character needs we may look into integrate them into our mainstream classes with some extra help from our dedicated coaching team on Fridays 4-4.45pm for children aged between 5-8years, and 5-5.45pm for children between 9-13years. If the disability is more severe and the gymnasts need to attend with parent/carer, we can offer the opportunity to participate in our Friday 3-3.45pm class (Children at all ages)
Our Adult Classes will also run on Fridays 1-1.45pm Physical disabilities, and 2-2.45pm Social, Educational and Sensory needs.
