YOGA

Yoga isn't just another workout routine; it's a nurturing practice focusing on both physical and mental well-being. By blending yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfullness, yoga supports you in building strength, stability, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind and easing stress. It's a versatile practice accessible to all ages and fitness levels, offering a holistic approach to wellness.

Our Yoga classes are run by Laura Robinson (Laura Robinson Yoga) on Wednesday mornings 9:30-1015am during term time only. 

We welcome young children to take part in colouring, games and gymnastics with one of the Lace Hill staff members whilst you relax and enjoy your Yoga session.
