Adult and Toddler Stretch Fitness

Our Adult Stretch & Fitness class is designed especially for parents who would like to exercise in a supportive and relaxed environment while bringing their babies or toddlers along 🤸♀️
During the session, children are supervised by a member of staff while you take part in gentle stretching and fitness exercises aimed at improving flexibility, strength and overall wellbeing.
This class is a great opportunity to focus on your own fitness while your little one stays safely nearby in a friendly, welcoming setting 😊
